• Our staffs can not speak English well, but we will communicate with you by English translation tools.
• Reservations only. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate drop-ins.
• Due to high demand during weekends and holidays there might be a waiting list if you don't book in advance. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
• Before you begin your treatment you will receive a counseling session and a welcome drink, but for your sake we ask you to be on time. If you arrive early you might have to wait a little while.
• If you're late for your appointment, we might have to cut down on the time for the counseling or change the course for a shorter one. If you're more than 30 minutes late to your session, we may cancel the session. Moreover, if we are unable to perform the treatment due to your late arrival, you will still be charged a cancellation fee (100% of your booked treatment price).
• If you are under 4 months pregnant we recommend that you wait with your visit to our salon.
• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate customers with hair extensions.
• Since oil neck massages are a part of our treatments, shirts with high collars such as turtlenecks are not recommended. It's better to wear something loose and just relax.
• We unfortunately have no waiting room for non-customers.
• Please refrain from talking on mobile phones, as it bothers other customers.

We’ve been troubled by an increasing number of no-shows these days. No-shows mean we are wasting 2 and half hours. Please do not cancel without notice.

In order to book a session, you must agree to the change & cancellation policy below.

• If you would like to cancel, we ask you to contact us before 10:00 am on/before 3 days prior to your reservation.
• In case of cancellations or changes in your reservation, please inform us by replying to the confirmation email that you received when book.
• Except in cases where your transportation is delayed or suspended due to bad weather or disasters, changes or cancellations made after 10:00 a.m. 3 days before your reserved date will incur the following charges for any reason, including but not limited to poor physical conditions or erred reservation dates.
  Changing: 50%
  Cancellation: 100%
• If you're more than 30 minutes late to your session, we may cancel the session. Moreover, if we are unable to perform the treatment due to your late arrival, you will still be charged a cancellation fee (100% of your booked treatment price).
• You can only change your reservation one time per booking.
• If you violate the change & cancellation policy, we will bill you a penalty via an online invoice. If you don't pay the cancellation fee on time, we may contact Immigration Bureau.
